Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, all responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
We are not responsible or liable for:

Incorrect delivery by the carrier
This applies regardless of the shipping method selected.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, it is considered delivered and fulfilled. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment.
We strongly recommend:

Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs processing.
